2.2 Audio Recordings

When you use our voice recording feature, we temporarily process audio recordings through our servers for transcription. Audio files are processed by OpenAI Whisper API and are deleted from our servers within 24 hours of processing.

2.3 Project Data

We store project information you create, including project names, addresses, estimates, procurement lists, and generated reports. This data is associated with your account and accessible only to you and your authorized team members.

2.4 Usage Data

We automatically collect certain information about your device and usage patterns, including IP address, device type, operating system, app version, and feature usage statistics.

• Provide, maintain, and improve the Service
• Process audio recordings and generate construction documents
• Process payments and manage subscriptions

• Automated deletion of audio recordings within 24 hours of processing

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. Audio recordings are deleted within 24 hours of processing. Generated documents (estimates, reports) are retained until you delete them or close your account. Upon account deletion, all associated data is permanently removed within 30 days.
